Accent Reeds is owned and operated by Kristy Huntsman. Mrs. Huntsman has 12 years of oboe experience and currently teaches at Grove City College. She holds a bachelor's degree in oboe performance from the University of North Texas and a master's degree in conducting performance from Youngstown State University. Her teachers include Charles Veazey, Tedrow Perkins, Holly White, and James Gorton. Kristy currently lives in New Brighton, Pennsylvania with her husband Lance, who created and manages this site, and her dog Rusty. |
