| Do I have to have a paypal account to purchase products from Accent Reeds? - No. If you do not have a paypal account, and do not wish to sign up for a paypal account, you have two methods of ordering available to you. [1] You can still order online, and pay on paypals site with a credit card, without having to sign up for a paypal account or [2] after adding your items to your cart, you can print out your order form and mail it in along with a personal check or money order. (we will have to allow 1 week for all checks to clear before shipping products) |
| What can I do if I receive a damaged reed? - Please contact us immediately, all of our reeds are guaranteed. We will rush you a new one that day. |
| How long should I soak my reed? - You should soak your new reeds for 30 seconds to 1 minute. The older the reed gets the longer you should soak it. Sometimes extra soaking will bring an old reed back to life! |
